At Fall-Line Designs, Each product is hand made and many are made to order. Expect shipping within 5 days for jewelry and 1-3 week period for made-to-order neck warmers and headbands as well as custom orders.

There is no opportunity for returns since all Fall-Line Designs products are limited stock or one of a kind-this is an integral part of the brand. If the unfortunate event occurs that your purchase gets damages please contact us and we are happy to supply you with a replacement free of charge.
